Josh Matthews is backstage and introduces…well, he tries to introduce Batista and Rey, but Batista interrupts and intros Rey himself. Josh comes back in and asks if they can recreate magic tonight. Rey says they are actually reuniting familia. Batista says that Jericho and Show can’t be the greatest team ever, because they never beat Rey and Batista.

Unified Tag Team Title Match: Chris Jericho and The Big Show © vs. Batista and Rey Mysterio

Jericho and Rey to start. Jericho takes control with some hard rights, he whips Rey in but gets hit with a lucha arm drag, monkey flip and springboard moonsault for 2. Tag to Batista who takes down Jericho with a shoulder block. Whip to the corner and Batista lays in the boots, then takes Jericho to their corner and tags in Rey. Rey hits a low dropkick for 2. Stiff round kick to the head gets 2 more. Tag back to Batista who drops his head and gets kicked, but gets an elboe and a suplex to regain control. 2 count off the suplex. Tag back to Rey who hits a splash of Batista’s shoulders for 2. Jericho flees and tags in Big Show. Batista thnks Rey should tag out, but Rey says he got it. He kicks at the leg of Show but gets lifted up by the head and headbutted. Hed don’t got it. Show stands on him, then swats him aside. BIG and LOUD chop in the corner sends Rey to the floor in a hurry. Show lifts Rey from the floor by his mask and drops him in the ring, Rey tries to fight back but to no avail. Tag to Jericho who catapults Rey into the middle rope. Jericho applies a chinlock, Rey manages to fight free with an enziguiri! Rey charges right into a Jericho clothesline!

Jericho tries to rip off Mysterio’s mask on the tope rope, but Mysterio counters into a Thesz press. Tag to Batista, and Batista cleans house. Sidewalk slam gets a two count on Jericho. Jericho goes for a cross body, but Batista counters and hits a spear. Thumbs down. Show storms the ring, but Batista uses Jericho as a battering ram. Batista hits the spine buster for two. Show distracts Batista, and Jericho hits the Code Breaker for a long two count. Tag to Big Show, and Show stomps a mud hole in Batista.

MY PPV died, but comes back in time for me to see Big Show miss a leg drop on Batista. Batista hits some rights butb Show gets a chokeslam out of nowhere! 1…2…REY comes flying in with a double axe handle to break the pin! Jericho tags in and goes to work on Batista, Lion sault attempt misses! Tags on both teams, Rey and Show are in! Rey uses his speed to avoid the attacks of Big Show, he gets a tornado DDT for 2! Big Show charges and gets low bridged to the floor! Jericho charges and gets a drop toehold into 619 position! Rey dials it up…Jericho moves and Rey hits Show! Jericho goes up and over into the arms of Big Show, but Batista hits a spear to take them both down! I smell count out. No, Big Show is up and in the ring, Rey goes for a springboard…INTO THE RIGHT HAND. 1…2…3!

Winners: Big Show and Chris Jericho via pinfall at 14:00

Six-Man Match for the WWE Title: Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase vs. Triple H, Batista and Shane McMahon

Lilian Garcia is in the ring with introductions and rules for the match. Out first is Shane McMahon followed by Batista, to nice pops from the crowd. Out next is the WWE Champion Triple H to another nice pop. Voices plays next as Legacy make their way to the ring as a whole.

The bell has not rang yet as HHH and Orton fight up the ramp and through the arena. Cody, Ted, Shane and Batista are in the ring. Triple H comes back to the ring but no Orton. Ted and Cody go to the floor to figure out what’s going on. The bell rings and it’s a 3 on 2 match to begin. Batista and Cody start it out and Batista unleashes, ramming him back in the corner with shoulder thrusts. Batista continues to own Cody. Batista tags in Shane for a double team move off the top.

Shane works over Cody before tagging in Triple H. Triple H stomps Cody in the corner before throwing him to the other corner. Triple H continues to stomp and kick on Cody. Cody with a kick to the head but Triple H clotheslines him. Shane is tagged back in now for another double team move. It’s Ted in the ring now as Shane continues to work him over. Batista comes back in and Ted kicks him in the head and tags in Cody. Batista with a big suplex. Ted comes back in now and manages to get Batista in the corner. Cody is tagged back in and they continue the assault on Batista in the corner.

It’s Ted and Batista in now and Batista nails a huge spinebuster and goes for the Batista Bomb. Ted manages to roll to the floor and avoid it. Batista follows Ted in the entrance way and brings him back to the ring. Randy Orton runs down, runs Batista into the ringpost and throws him in the ring. Orton is tagged in now and he starts stomping on Batista. Orton mounts Batista with right hands. Orton backs Batista in the corner with an uppercut and tags in Cody for some double teaming. More stomping in the corner now. Cheap shots by Ted and Orton.

Orton comes back in and works over Batista. Orton has him in the ropes, holds him in position and drops the big DDT. 2 count by Orton on Batista. Ted is tagged back in as Batista continues to be beat down. Ted wears Batista down with a headlock. Batista powers out with a back drop. Batista tries to make a tag but Orton comes in and stops it. Orton is the legal man now as he continues to stomp on Batista and taunt him. Orton drops knees on Batista now.

Orton applies a headlock now. Batista fights out of it but Orton catches him with a right. Batista manages to land a headbutt. Shane and Cody are tagged in at the same time and Cody lands a bunch of rights to knock him down. Cody decks Orton and covers Cody for a 2 count. Shane throws Cody to the floor. Shane takes down Ted and drops Cody’s neck over the ropes. In the ring, Shane climbs the top and nails a big elbow drop on Cody for a 2 count as Orton pulls him to the floor. Orton throws Shane over the steel steps. The ref didn’t see this. Orton is tagged in and suplexes Shane for a 2 count. Orton drags Shane to their corner and tags in Ted.

Ted gets a 2 count on Shane and drags him back to the corner for more punishment and a tag to Cody. 2 count by Cody. Cody beats down Shane some more. Orton is tagged in for more double teaming on Shane. Orton taunts Shane and nails a nice dropkick. 2 count by Orton. Orton drags Shane back for more double teaming as Ted comes back in. Ted comes off the second rope and drops knees on Shane’s gut. Ted with a chinlock on Shane. Cody comes back in and works over Shane and gets a 2 count. Neck hold applied by Cody now. Shane tries to make a tag but Ted comes in and stops it.

Ted works over Shane now before getting dropped. Orton and Triple H are tagged in at the same time. Triple H ends up dumping Ted and Cody to the floor. HHH nails a big spinebuster for a 2 count. Batista comes in and knocks Ted back to the floor. Ted drops Batista into the fan barrier. Triple H goes for a Pedigree in the ring but Cody stops it and drops him. Shane sends Cody to the floor and takes him into the crowd to fight. Rhodes uses the steel chair on the floor but the ref doesn’t see it. Triple H goes for a Pedigree again after an RKO attempt. He sees Batista with the chair outside the ring and tries to grab it. The ref turns to Batista. Orton nails a RKO on Triple H. The ref turns around and counts, it’s only a 2 count. Orton nails the puntkick to get the pinfall, the win and the WWE Title! They rang the bell at the wrong time here and botched the finish.

Winner and New WWE Champion: Randy Orton

After the match, Orton and Legacy head to the back. Triple H is laid out in the ring after the punt kick. Batista and Shane sit in the ring around him as WWE officials and medics come down. They put Triple H in a stretcher and on a neck brace. We go to replays of the punt kick. Triple H is taken to the back on a stretcher as we go to a break.

Batista vs. Randy Orton

The bell rings and we’re underway. They lockup and struggle for the opening control. Batista backs Orton into the corner but Orton quickly backs him down. Another hard lockup as Orton gets a side headlock on Batista.

Batista uses his strength to counter and gets out. They circle on another and lockup again. Orton gets another side headlock. Standing switch as Orton hits a drop toehold. The crowd cheers for the opening sequence. They go for another lockup but Orton kicks Batista, another headlock from Orton. Batista throws him off the ropes and sends him to the mat. The referee backs Batista down, but Orton ends up sending Batista to the outside. Rhodes and Manu work over Batista on the outside with the referee distracted. The referee ejects them from ringside.

Manu and Rhodes go to the back. Batista and Orton work in the corner of the ring. Orton has control after the attack on the outside on Batista. Orton kicks Batista in the arm. Orton goes for a wrist lock, he applies it.

Batista powers out of a move from Orton and ends up clotheslining Orton in the corner, again in the other corner. Batista hits more offense and gets Orton up for the Batista Bomb, Orton counters at the top and hits a neckbreaker.

Orton lands a knee to Batista’s head and gets a cover for a two count. Orton is working the neck of Batista with a headlock. Orton has a vice-like grip on Batista. Batista counters with power as he hits a scoop slam. Orton is in the corner, Batista works the midsection of Orton. Batista goes off the ropes, he bends down and is kicked by Orton. Batista ends up throwing Orton to the outside as Orton grabs his shoulder. Lawler and Cole tease he may have re-injured his shoulder. Batista is on the apron, he ends up getting DDT’d to the inside. Orton gets a two count.

Orton works the knee of Batista. He begins to stomp away at The Animal. Orton drops another knee to the head of Batista. Orton rolls to the outside, he sets Batista’s head up on the apron and connects with a clubbing blow.

Orton beats Batista to the outside and gets back in the ring. Batista gets back in as Orton goes directly for the two count and near fall. Orton locks in a reverse chinlock on Batista in the ring.

Batista is able to get back to the vertical base, he gets out of the reverse chinlock. Orton re-applies the hold except this time he wraps his legs around Batista’s ribs. Orton wrenches back on the hold. Batista gets up with Orton his back. Batista backs Orton into the corners twice to break the reverse chinlock. Side slam from Batista to Orton. Both men are down in the ring.

They exchange right hands in the ring. Batista ends up clotheslining Orton in the corner. He picks Orton up, but Orton gets out. Orton walks into a huge clothesline. Batista clotheslines Orton out of the ring. Batista goes to the outside where he bounces Orton’s head off the ring apron. Batista rolls Orton back in.

Batista gets on the top rope, Orton starts to attack him. Batista is sitting on the top turnbuckle. Orton connects with a big superplex followed by a two count.

Batista whips Orton into the ropes, he hits a spinebuster, and gets a two count. Both attempt finishers and miss. They get tangled up off the ropes and Batista ends up taking out Orton and get a two count. Orton kicks Batista in the face and hits a combination backbreaker. Orton is stalking Batista for an RKO, he doesn’t get it. Slam by Batista in a counter, two count.

Orton hits a DDT on Batista along with other offense. Batista is setup for Orton’s kick but Batista counters and puts Orton into the ropes. Batista gets up on the middle rope and pounds Orton with right hands. Orton gets up with Batista on his shoulders but Batista counters and hits the Batista Bomb. Three count and Batista wins.

Batista, Champion Matt Hardy, CM Punk & Kofi Kingston, & R-Truth vs. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, William Regal, Shelton Benjamin, & Mark Henry

Batista comes out first for his team. R-Truth comes out, he’s got a mic as Lilian Garcia introduces him. R-Truth raps down to the ring. One half of the World Tag Team Champions CM Punk is the next competitor to ringside. The other World Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston comes to the ring for Team Batista. ECW Champion Matt Hardy is the final competitor to come out to ringside.

Randy Orton comes out first for Team Orton. Cody Rhodes comes out next accompanied by Manu. Orton stares him down as he comes to ringside. United States Champion Shelton Benjamin comes out the ring with his title around his waist. Intercontinental Champion William Regal is out next with Layla. Mark Henry is the final Team Orton competitor to ringside. Tony Atlas is with him.

The teams discuss who is going to start things out. It’s Punk vs. Regal. Punk hits GTS immediately on Regal and gets the pinfall to eliminate him! William Regal is eliminated.

Shelton Benjamin comes in and nearly eliminates Punk. Layla threw a shoe at Punk in the ring. Kingston is tagged in as he works with Benjamin. Headlock applied by Kofi as the crowd is behind him. Shelton tries to reverse the hold and ends up backing Shelton down in the corner. Right hands from Shelton onto Kingston.

Dropkick from Kofi onto Shelton for a two count. Shelton counters and tags in Mark Henry. Henry dominates Kofi with his strength. Matt Striker says that Kofi Kingston looks like Mark Henry who has been in the dryer. Cody Rhodes tags in to work with Kingston. Quick arm drag take down from Kingston. Matt Hardy is tagged in as he takes out Rhodes and hits offense for a quick cover.

R-Truth tags in as him and Hardy double team Cody Rhodes. Wrist lock by Kingston on Rhodes as Batista is tagged in. Rhodes goes to the outside. Batista waits on him to get back in. Rhodes tags in Shelton Benjamin. Shelton connects with knees on Batista. Batista whips him off the ropes and hits an elbow then kicks him in the face. Suplex from Batista onto Shelton for a two count.

Batista works with Shelton in the corner as he tags in Matt Hardy. Hardy throws Shelton into the corner as Shelton counters and tags in Randy Orton. The crowd pops for Orton vs. Hardy as Hardy hits a bulldog on him. Two count for Hardy followed by a scoop slam. Matt goes to the top rope and misses Orton with a moonsault. Henry tags in and takes out Hardy with power.

Mark Henry covers Hardy but he’s under the ropes. Henry throws Hardy into the corner as he tags in Cody Rhodes. Rhodes kicks Hardy in the corner, the referee warns him. Right hands from Cody Rhodes on the ECW Champion. Hardy counters and hits a clothesline on Rhodes. Rhodes crawls to tag in Shelton. Hardy tags in R-Truth.

R-Truth nearly eliminates Shelton with a quick roll-up. Truth hits a kick and gets another two count. R-Truth hits more of his unorthodox offense but misses with an axe kick. Shelton hits Pay Dirt and gets the three count. R-Truth is eliminated. Kofi goes off the top rope onto Shelton for the two count. Kofi hits a dropkick on Shelton. Kofi hits more offense.

Kofi gets a two count on the US Champion. Shelton tags in Mark Henry. Henry connects with a stiff right hand. Henry stands on the sternum of Kofi Kingston. Orton tags in to work with Kofi. Mixture of cheers and boos for Orton. Orton stands above Kingston as he stomps him hard in the ring.

Orton misses on a knee drop to Kofi’s head as Kofi is able to fight back to the vertical base. Orton quickly counters and lays Kofi out on the ropes with a suplex. Kofi counters on the apron but Randy counters and goes for a DDT, he connects. Three count from Orton after the DDT. Kofi Kingston is eliminated.

It’s Punk vs. Orton as Punk comes in and starts to hit his offense. Cover from Punk for the two count. Orton is whipped off the rope but counters and tags in Rhodes. Rhodes comes in and hits a dropkick on Punk followed by a drop toe hold. Submission hold from Rhodes.

Punk fights his way back to his feet and tries to back Rhodes down with elbows. Punk hits a cross-body off the ropes onto Rhodes and ends up getting another two count. Punk utilizes knees and kicks and follows with a bulldog. Two count for Punk.

Kingston goes to the top rope but Manu is on the apron. The distraction allows Rhodes to get the advantage and hit a DDT on Punk followed by the pinfall. CM Punk is eliminated. It’s down to Hardy and Batista as Hardy nearly eliminates Rhodes. Rhodes tags in Mark Henry. Henry goes to work on the ECW Champion.

Hardy uses his quickness, balance, and technique to build a counter and hit Side Effect. Henry counters out of nowhere with the World’s Strongest Slam followed by the three count. Matt Hardy is eliminated. Batista hits a spear and eliminates Mark Henry. Big time spinebuster by Batista onto Shelton followed by the Batista Bomb. Batista eliminates Shelton Benjamin. Rhodes gets in and goes off the top ropes into a Batista clothesline. Scoop slam but Batista.

Manu gets on the apron, Batista throws him off. Batista Bomb on Cody but Randy tagged himself in when Batista had him up. Batista argues with the referee and eats RKO. Orton pins Batista for the three count.

World Heavyweight Championhip – Chris Jericho vs. Batista (WWE Universe chooses referee)

Lilian Garcia is in the ring as she introduces World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho to ringside. Jericho comes out with the title around his waist. Batista is out to the ring next. Batista comes out as the pyros fire upon his cue.

Todd Grisham is out to reveal the voting for the special guest referee:

All three are shown backstage in referee shirts.

Steve Austin’s music hits as he comes out in a referee shirt and blue jeans. Austin pumps the crowd with his middle finger salute.

The bell rings and we’re underway. Jericho argues with Austin before he goes at Batista. Jericho hits Batista in the face. Batista backs Jericho down in the corner and puts his head in Jericho’s chest. Jericho goes to the outside to get heat from the crowd. Jericho starts backing down the ramp like he’s going to walk out.

Steve Austin goes to the outside and grabs a mic. He tells Jericho that he knows that he thinks if he gets disqualified or counted out that he will retain the title but it isn’t going to happen with him as referee. Austin says that’s the bottom line because STONE COLD said so. Austin starts the count out.

Jericho gets back in the ring, he’s greeted by Batista who takes him down to the mat. Batista slaps Jericho and hits a snap suplex. Batista gets a quick two count.

Batista looks to be in control but Jericho counters and sends Batista to the outside. Jericho connects on a baseball slide from inside on Batista who is outside the ring. Batista gets on the apron as Jericho tries to springboard onto him, finally Jericho connects a dropkick. Batista gets his knee caught in the ropes, Jericho targets it then goes to the outside to work on him. Jericho works Batista over on the apron before getting back in the ring.

Jericho goes back outside, rolls Batista in, and begins to work his right knee in the ring. Austin is straight up so far. Jericho takes Batista down to the mat. He continues to work his knee. Jericho smacks Batista in the face, Batista smacks back. Batista lands hard right hands in the corner. Jericho connects to the knees of Batista off the ropes.

Jericho applies a submission hold on Batista’s knee on the mat. Jericho kicks Batista in the crotch. Batista connects with knees to the face of Jericho. They don’t have much affect as Jericho applies a submission hold. Jericho demands Austin to ask him for submission. Austin doesn’t as Batista gets to his feet with Jericho on his back. The hold is broke by Jericho counters with a drop toe hold.

Jericho works on Batista in the corner, but Batista counters, Jericho counters and nearly gets a pinfall. Batista kicks out but Jericho is back on the offensive. Jericho kicks Batista in the back of the head and in the knee. Jericho walks right into a boot from Batista. Both men are down as Austin checks Jericho.

Batista and Jericho both get back to their feet and duke it out. Batista throws Jericho in the corner and hits a hard scoop slam. Batista sells the knee as he goes for a Batista Bomb. Jericho counters and goes for the Walls of Jericho. He locks it in.

Batista finally makes it to the ropes. Austin has to pull Jericho by the hair off of Batista. Austin gave Jericho the finger when he disputed him by trying to get in his face.

Batista hits a big side slam and gets a two count for a near fall. Batista whips Jericho off the ropes and ends up going for a Batista Bomb. Batista gets him up but Jericho grabs the ropes and gets on the apron. Jericho to the top, he goes off but into a Batista clothesline. Batista gets a two count.

Batista is selling his leg ‘injuries’ as Jericho is down on the mat. Batista goes for the spear, nobody home as he goes straight through the turnbuckles and into the steel ring post. Jericho climbs the ropes with Batista as he has him locked for a suplex. Batista pushes him off and goes off with a flying shoulder block. Two count for Batista.

Batista throws Jericho off the ropes, Jericho kicks him in the face, but Batista tries to plant Jericho but he counters for a two count.

Jericho walks into a Batista elbow. Batista ends up plowing into Austin, knocking him out of the ring. Jericho hits the Code Breaker and goes for the cover. Here comes Shawn Michaels, he slowly counts to one, slowly counts to two before Batista kicks out. Michaels and Jericho square off in the ring.

HBK causes Jericho to walk into the spear. HBK tries to give Batista a fast three count but JBL comes out and breaks it up. Batista is distracted by JBL as Jericho lands a chop block. Jericho goes to the outside and grabs the World Heavyweight Championship. Randy Orton hits the ring and takes out Austin.

Orton lets the belt shot on Batista go as he gives Jericho the two count. Austin gets in the ring, gives Orton the finger, and a Stunner. Austin tries to give Jericho the Stunner but he escapes. Batista gives Jericho a spinebuster then the Batista Bomb. Batista covers Jericho for the three count.

Winner & new World Heavyweight Champion – Batista

After the match, Steve Austin hands him the World Heavyweight Championship and raises his hand. A graphic appears on the screen signifying that Batista is the new champion.

Batista pumps the crowd with the World Title. Steve Austin and Batista drink beer in the ring to celebrate as the show goes off the air.

Batista vs. JBL

The following match is for the number one contendership for the World Championship. JBL does his usual entrance in the limousine. The crowd erupts when Batista’s music plays. Here comes The Animal to ringside. The pyros explode as he makes his way down to the ring.

The bell rings and we’re underway. Batista backs JBL down but JBL battles out. Batista throws rights of his own and follows with a big clothesline. Batista bangs JBL’s head off one of the turnbuckles. Batista goes off the ropes and kicks JBL in the face. Batista gets a two count.

Batista whips JBL into the corner. Batista ends up hitting the spear on Bradshaw. JBL goes to the outside to re-group. Batista goes after him. He runs him into the apron of the ring. Batista rolls JBL back in the ring. Batista gets knocked off the ring by JBL.

JBL works over Batista on the outside and rolls him back in the ring. Bradshaw gets a two count on Batista. Swinging neckbreaker from JBL on Batista followed by an elbow and a two count. JBL applies a side headlock into a sleeper.

Batista gets back to his feet and back body drops JBL to get out of the hold. The referee starts the double count out in the ring. JBL and Batista exchange right hands on their feet in the middle of the ring. Batista hits a clothesline on JBL. He whips JBL into the corner and splashes him with his body weight. JBL buries his head in the midsection of Batista. He whips him off the ropes and drives him down into the mat with a huge slam. Batista stalks JBL who is down.

Batista went for the spear but JBL blocked. Batista hits a spinebuster and calls for the Batista Bomb. He connects! Three count from Batista on JBL.

World Heavyweight Championship Scramble Match

Out first to begin the scramble is Batista and JBL. The bell rings and here we go. JBL backs away to the corner to get away from Batista. JBL with a headlock on Batista and Batista breaks it up with a shoulder block. JBL with some offense on Batista until Batista cuts him off with a big clothesline. Batista drops JBL’s knee off his leg and then connects with a chop block on JBL. Batista with a Figure Four on JBL. JBL fights out of the submission and gets to his feet. Batista with some right hand, but JBL dumps Batista to the outside. JBL with some right hands and forearms to Batista on the outside. Batista then fights back sending JBL shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Time expires as Batista returns to the ring.

Out next is Kane as the #3 entrant. Kane enters the ring, kicks Batista and gets a quick right hand off. Batista fights back with a big clothesline. Kane comes back with a big boot that levels Batista. Kane with a dropkick to the shoulder of Batista coming off the ropes. Kane begins kicking Batista to the mat in the corner. Batista catches Kane with an elbow in the corner and follows it up with a clothesline. Batista starts choking Kane with his boot. Kane with a side slam on Batista. Kane goes up top, attempts a flying clothesline, but Batista moves. Kane counters a Spear, goes for a chokeslam, Batista fights out, looks to hit the Batista Bomb and JBL walks up kicking Batista in the head. JBL gets caught by Kane who kicks Batista away, JBL misses a Clothesline from Hell and Kane connects with a chokeslam getting a pinfall on JBL. Kane is now the current interim World Heavyweight Champion. Kane goes after Batista hitting a few right hands. Time expires.

Out next is Rey Mysterio as the #4 entrant. Mysterio hits the ring and dropkicks Kane in the knees two times. Mysterio with a kick to the head on Kane, covers, but barely gets a one count. More kicks from Mysterio to Kane. Mysterio with a springboard dropkick on Kane sending Kane to the outside. JBL then comes after Mysterio, but Mysterio takes him out with a huracanrana. Mysterio with a bulldog to JBL, kicks Kane on the ring apron, attempts the 619, but Kane ducks, stands up and clotheslines Mysterio from the ring apron. Kane returns to the ring and takes out Mysterio in the corner. Batista runs up and gives Kane a big back suplex. Batista with a knee to JBL as he sat up. Mysterio stands on the shoulders of Batista and hits a body splash on Kane. Batista covers Kane, but Kane kicks out after two. They do this a second time, but Mysterio drops down and rolls up Batista. Batista kicks out and Batista asks what that was. JBL catches Batista with a right hand. JBL grabs Mysterio and gives him a fallaway slam onto Batista. JBL covers Batista, but only gets a two count. Big boot by JBL to Kane followed by elbow drops. JBL with a big clothesline to Mysterio, cover, but kick out. Time expires.

Out last replacing CM Punk is Chris Jericho as the #5 entrant. Jericho walks down favoring his wrist with blood still on his face. You can see marks on his back after being whipped by a belt by Shawn Michaels earlier tonight. In the ring, we are under four minutes remaining as Batista levels Mysterio with a Spear. Batista with a Spear to Jericho. Batista gives Kane a huge scoop slam and takes out JBL with a Spear. Batista covers JBL, but JBL puts his foot on the bottom rope to break the pinfall. Mysterio with a big kick to Batista’s leg. Mysterio with a 619 to Kane. Batista covers Kane, but Mysterio breaks it up. We have three minutes left as Mysterio takes out JBL with a leg drop. Batista has Mysterio up, but Mysterio jumps down and hits a 619 on JBL. Mysterio gets leveled on the ring apron by Batista. JBL with a clothesline on Kane and Batista with a spinebuster on JBL. Kane is still the interim champion as he picks up Batista and works on him in the corner with 1 minute and 30 seconds left. Kane is up top and hits a flying clothesline on Batista. Kane covers Batista for some reason and Batista kicks out after two. Under a minute left when Batista takes out Kane with a huge Spear. Batista with a spinebuster on Kane, cover and he gets the pinfall. Batista is now the interim World Heavyweight Champion. We have 20 seconds left as Batista is the only one standing. Mysterio jumps, but Batista catches him and slams him back down. Jericho then crawls in and pins Kane to get the pinfall. Chris Jericho is now the interim World Heavyweight Champion as the seconds expire. Batista turns out and can’t believe it as time expires.

After the match, Chris Jericho celebrates with the World Heavyweight Championship as Batista has a shocked look on his face. We see highlights of the match leading to the finish in seeing how Jericho was able to sneak in and get the pinfall. Back live, Jericho is still celebrating with the World Title as Batista leaves the ring still shocked. The PPV goes off the air with Jericho clutching the World Title.
