- Batista opens the show while still wearing his arm brace. Before he makes the announcement he wants to say thank you to the fans. He says it’s been a rough year with the injuries, and this isn’t how he wanted to come back, but he’s come back to say good bye. He wants to say thank you for letting him have the time of his life in the ring. He says there have been rumors about his retirement, but…I HEAR VOICES…out comes Orton to the surprise of absolutely no one. Orton says he’s not very happy about losing the WWE Title last night, but what cheers him up is knowing that Dave is retiring. He asks if this is how it ends? The big bad animal going out with a whimper. He says whatever big goodbye speech he has he can save, because nobody cares. Orton asks why he waited so long, and tells him to admit that he’s not retiring because of his health but because of Orton. He says that it was him who put him on the shelf, and tells him to hang his head and cry like he was going to before he came out. Batista laughs, and Orton asks what is so funny. Batista says the funny things are that Orton is very predictable, and the other is that he knows something that Orton doesn’t. Batista rips his arm brace, and clotheslines Orton over the top to the floor. Batista says he’s not here to announce his retirement, but to announce that he’s going to Smackdown. Before he goes though he got Trish Stratus to give him one more match on Raw, and it’s a no holds barred match with Orton tonight.

No Holds Barred Match: Randy Orton vs. Batista
Orton goes for a chair at the bell, but Batista is able to stop that and fire him back inside. Orton catches Batista for the hangman’s DDT, but Batista comes right in and powers Orton into the corner. Orton fights out with an uppercut, but Batista answers with a clothesline sending Orton to the floor. Orton looks for weapons under the ring, but comes up empty and instead eats a clothesline from Batista. Back inside Orton goes to the eyes, and hits the inverted backbreaker. Orton’s signature stomps are followed by a kneedrop as he heads back outside looking for plunder. A steel chair is Orton’s weapon of choice, but he walks into a spear from Batista which sends him right back outside. Batista fires Orton into the announce table, and then over the table into King and Cole. Batista drops Orton across the barricade, and then chokes him out with his boot. Batista sends Orton flying into the ringsteps, and then chokes out Orton some more. Back inside the action goes, but Orton goes for an RKO. Batista counters into a slam, and Orton bails this time looking to head to the back. John Cena is there to stop that from happening, and he meets him with a clothesline on the ramp. Cena sends Orton back inside where Batista delivers a spinebuster, and the Batista Bomb makes the pinfall academic at 5:01. Predictible, yet still fairly entertaining as it was kept short and had no downtime at all. Nice job to establish Batista before sending him to Smackdown, and continue the Cena-Orton feud heading to Hell in a Cell. Simple yet effective.

Josh Mathews asks Batista if he feels responsible for HHH losing the title last night. Batista says he feels for HHH, because he knows what he’s going through. He says tonight he’s going to go out and beat Big Show, and then he’s going to hurt Orton. Just like Orton hurt HHH and HHH’s family. Then he’s going to take away what matters most to Orton. The WWE Title.

Number One Contender’s Match: The Big Show vs. Batista
Batista goes for a go behind takedown, but can’t lift Show. Show goes for the chokeslam quickly, but Batista counters into a Batista Bomb attempt which Show also gets out of. That sends us to break. Back from commercial and Batista kicks out of a pin attempt at two. Show delivers a headbutt and a chop before burying a pair of rights into the midsection of Batista. Batista stops a headbutt with a kick to the gut, and shoulderblocks Show in the corner. Show fires him right back to the mat, and then walks on the back. Show goes to the floor, and then pulls Batista’s ribs around the ringpost. Back inside Batista fires back with a few shots, but Show regains control with another body shot and then a forearm to the back. Show connects with a bodyslam, and then an elbow drop before going to reverse chinlock. Show lets go of the chinlock, and goes to the bearhug as the crowd gets restless. Lucky for them this isn’t Hammerstein. Batista breaks the hold by going to the eyes, and then boots Show as he charges into the corner. Batista hits the ropes and delivers a pair of clothesline and a spinebuster. Batista sets up for the Batista Bomb, but turns right into a chokeslam. Batista rolls to the floor however. John Cena staggers out as a ref tries to restrain him. Batista slides back inside, and Show stares down Cena like an idiot. He realizes he’s getting counted too late and barely fails to beat the count giving Batista the LAMEST WIN EVER at 10:45. Horrible match, horrible finish, but the right guy won so yeah. Whatever. If I ever see Big Show wrestle Batista again it will be too soon. Show and Cena stare each other down as we head out for the evening.

Chavo Guerrero vs. Batista
Chavo says he’s been officially drafted to Raw, and he wants to thank his Aunt Vickie. Chavo says he’s gonna prove to Vickie that not only can he push her wheelchair around, but he can push around anyone on the Raw roster. Big fucking mistake Chavo. That brings out Batista for what I’m sure will be a highly competitive encounter. Chavo attempts his new finisher the running fail, which Batista counters into a Batista Bomb to finish at :18. Chavo gets back on the mic and tells Vickie he’ll never let it happen again because he wasn’t ready. Batista comes back to the ring, and Batista Bombs him again.
Winner: Batista

-Shane congratulates Batista in the back on his big win, and then talks to him about last week. Batista says everything was kind of crazy last week. Shane laughingly says he didn’t appreciate him drilling him in the corner, and Batista answers that he didn’t appreciate getting double legged out of the ring. They agree that everything is cool this Sunday though. Someone be turnin.

No Disqualification Match: Triple H vs. Randy Orton
The Brits love their heels. Big pop for Orton’s entrance. Orton attacks at the bell pounding away at HHH in the corner. HHH fires back with a series of rights, but gets whipped into the corner. He explodes out with a clothesline, and then a right hand sends Orton to the floor. Orton attacks HHH when he comes outside and rams him into the guardrail. HHH comes right back whipping Orton into the barricade, and then clears off the announce table. HHH places Orton on top of the table, but Orton comes right back ramming HHH’s face into the table. Orton goes under the ring for a trash can, and an attempt to bash HHH with it is stopped by a boot. HHH tries to answer but Orton stops that with a boot, and they head back inside. Modified backbreaker connects for Orton to get a two count. Orton delivers a European uppercut, but then hits the ropes running into a high knee. HHH clotheslines Orton back to the floor, but he grabs a trash can and blasts HHH with it as we head to break. Back from commercial and Orton stalks HHH on the floor whipping him into the ringsteps. Orton fires HHH back inside, and then fires the ringsteps inside before heading in himself. Orton blasts HHH with the steps, and gets a two count out of it. Orton heads back outside and gets the bottom half of the steps, and sets them up in front of the announce table. Orton pulls HHH out to set up for the hangman’s DDT on the steps. HHH counters sliding out and taking Orton down onto the steps with a double leg takedown. HHH goes for a steel chair shot, but Orton moves out of the way and slides into the ring. HHH comes back inside and hammers away with a series of rights in the corner pounding Orton down. HHH hits the ropes and delivers a facebuster for a two count. HHH grabs the trash can, and charges into the boot of Orton. Orton charges at HHH, but runs into a spinebuster into the can for two. HHH grabs a chair and blasts Orton in the ribs, and then over the back with it. HHH tells Orton to look him in the eyes, but Orton comes charging back with a shot to the midsection and a DDT on the chair. Orton goes for the punt, but HHH moves out of the way and then chop blocks the knee of Orton. To the floor goes HHH wrapping the knee of Orton around the ringpost. HHH grabs the chair, and blasts Orton in the knee with it before heading back inside. HHH drives the knee of Orton into the mat, and then drops an elbow on it. HHH locks in the figure four, but Orton is able to reach the bottom rope. Being a no DQ match HHH refuses to break the hold so Orton squirms to the floor breaking the hold. HHH fires Orton right back inside, and goes back to work on the knee tying it in the ropes and dropping down on the back of the knee. HHH grabs the chair again, and then wraps Orton’s knee around it Pillman style. That draws Dibiase and Rhodes out to save Orton, so Shane comes out to run them off. Dibiase and Rhodes dispatch Shane to the floor, and continue the beat down on HHH. Batista comes out and delivers a pair of clotheslines to Rhodes and Dibiase and then a spear to Orton. Rhodes rakes the eyes of Batista, but then Batista goes for the spear. Cody ducks and Shane who just returned to the ring gets a spear from Batista. HHH questions Batista, but he explains it was an accident, and turns his attention back to Dibiase firing him from the ring. Cody attacks from behind knocking Batista to the floor, and HHH fires Cody out of the ring. HHH turns around into an RKO which picks up the pin at 17:34. Well they had the match they should have had fifteen days too late. This runs Orton’s all time record against Triple H to 2-382 (rough estimate). This was far better than the Wrestlemania match, but still something always seems to be missing with these guys.
Winner: Randy Orton

Batista’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring to a big pop. The Animal enters the ring and takes a mic, saying how good it feels to be back. He says what drove him to come back was retribution for the attack from Randy Orton a few months back, which we see a replay of. Batista says that is all he has thought about for four months now and the worst part was just sitting around waiting.

Batista says he is back and tells Randy Orton to come out and fight like a man. If he doesn’t, Batista will tear the place apart trying to find him. Orton doesn’t come and Batista says fine, have it your way. Shane McMahon’s music hits and out he comes, dancing across the stage.

Shane says Orton is his. The WWE Champion Triple H comes out next and tells Shane that everything that is happening is because of him, what Orton is trying to do to him. Triple H says Orton is his. EXCUSE ME! EXCUSE ME! Vickie Guerrero is on the ramp getting tons of heat. She says the only person who will determine who will face Orton is her, the new RAW GM. Vickie plugs the match at Backlash. Vickie says if they become DQ’d or counted out at Backlash, Orton can become the new WWE Champion. She says Orton has the night off tonight, but Shane, Triple H and Batista will face Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase in a handicap match tonight. If Legacy wins, nobody faces Orton in singles action. If the other team wins, whoever gets the pinfall gets a singles match against Orton on next week’s RAW.

Backstage we see Triple H backstage getting ready. Shane comes walking in and says Orton is his. Triple H tells him to stand out of the way, Orton is his. He says if Batista was here, he’d say the same thing. Batista is behind his back. Batista says he is cool with that and walks off. Shane says see you out there before walking off too.

Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase vs. Triple H, Batista and Shane McMahon

We go over the WWE Draft picks so far for tonight. Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase come to the ring for tonight’s main event as we go to commercial break.

Back from the break and the WWE Champion Triple H makes his way to the ring where Cody and Ted are waiting. Out next is Shane McMahon, doing his dance. Out next is Batista who probably gets the biggest pop of the three. The match starts with Shane nailing Ted and going to work on Cody while HHH and Batista argue. Shane continues the assault on Cody and rocks him with rights and lefts. Shane dances around and Batista tags himself in, which pisses Shane off. Batista goes to work on Ted now. Batista scoops Ted on his shoulder but Triple H pulls Ted’s leg and tags himself in on Batista.

Triple H goes to work on Ted and nails the knee to the face and a clothesline for a 2 count. Triple H goes for another pin and Batista stops it. They argue while Ted attacks HHH from behind. Cody is tagged in and he goes to work on Triple H in the corner. Ted comes back in for some double teaming. Ted drops elbows on Triple H now and locks the leg up. DiBiase drops him with a dropkick and gets a 2 count. Cody comes back in and keeps working on the leg of Triple H. HHH fights back but Cody gets two 2 counts in a row. Ted comes back in and yanks Triple H’s leg over the apron and mounts him for a series of rights.

Ted gets another 2 count on Triple H. Ted goes face first into the middle turnbuckle pad. Triple H goes to make a tag but Ted drags him back and Cody comes in to work on the leg some more for another 2 count. Triple H backdrops Cody and is holding his knee. Batista and Shane wait for the tag and Batista gets it. Ted comes in also but Batista drops him and nails a big backdrop. Batista decks Cody off the apron and scoops Ted for a big powerslam and 2 count. Shane sends Cody back to the floor. Batista catches Ted with a big spinebuster and gets pumped. Batista nails the Batista Bomb for the pinfall but Shane breaks it up. Shane and Batista argue and he shoves Shane back. Triple H tags himself in. Batista turns around and Shane spears him. Triple H takes advantage and Pedigree’s Ted for the pinfall and the win.

Winner: Triple H

After the match, Triple H, Shane and Batista stand over Ted in the ring and look at each other. Voices starts playing as Randy Orton comes to the stage and stares down everyone in the ring. It will be Orton vs. Triple H on next week’s RAW. Orton and Triple H stare each other down as RAW goes off the air.

Randy Orton vs. Vince McMahon

Back from the break and Voices is playing as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring without Legacy. No Chance hits next as Vince McMahon makes his way to the ring dressed in his usual all black. Vince stares Orton down as he enters the ring.

The bell rings and Vince approaches Orton slowly. Vince slaps Orton and he goes down and comes back up. Vince hits Orton harder this time and sends him into the corner. Rights and lefts from Vince now and another shot to the face. Orton drops again and Vince starts kicking in the corner. Vince gets emotional and rocks Orton in the face again. Vince looks a little rusty. Vince kicks Orton in the side and sends him to the floor. Vince slams Orton into the announcers table and taunts him, slamming his head down again. Vince thrusts Orton’s back into the apron and continues to work him over.

They go back in the ring and Orton drops Vince with that sick back breaker of his. Orton rocks Vince in the face and kicks him. Orton starts dropping knees on Vince. Orton taunts the crowd. Orton picks Vince up and drops him with an RKO without much resistance from Vince. Orton stands over Vince and gets ready for the punt kick. Shane McMahon hits the ring and stops the punt kick. Shane mounts Orton and unloads with punches. Legacy rush the ring and beat Shane down.

Legacy stomps away on Shane when Triple H runs out. Cody and Ted meet him on the floor and get dropped. Orton and Triple H fight in the ring. Triple H drops him with a clothesline and unloads with rights and lefts. Cody and Ted come in and beat Triple H down. Cody holds Triple H. Shane comes in but Ted lays him out. Legacy triple team Triple H now. Batista’s music hits and he rushes to the ring ready to fight.

Batista nails the spear running in and unloads on Legacy. Batista shakes the ropes and gets pumped up. Cody is left in the ring but rolls out. Triple H throws him back in and Shane shoves Cody to Batista. He lays Cody out with a huge power bomb. Batista taunts Ted and Randy on the floor, asking them if they remember him. Vince takes the mic and says Orton is right, he won’t be going to Backlash. Taking his place will be Batista! Randy Orton flips out on the ramp and is pissed off. Batista’s music hits as he, Triple H and Shane celebrate in the ring as we go to replays. RAW goes off the air with them still in the ring together.

Todd Grisham is backstage with Randy Orton. He says he issued a challenge for a rematch with Batista and has no answer yet. He calls him a coward. Batista walks up and says he has his answer but Orton slaps him. Orton runs off to the arena and Batista chases him. Manu and Cody Rhodes attack Batista and Orton joins in. John Cena runs down and fights off Rhodes and Manu as Orton stares at them from the top of the stage. Cena and Batista stand there as Manu, Rhodes and Orton look on. Back to commercial.

Back from commercial and we’re backstage as Batista thanks John Cena for helping him out. Batista starts to talk about a rematch with John Cena when Grisham walks up. He says Stephanie has just made a match tonight with John Cena and Batista vs. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Manu. Batista asks if they can finish the conversation later and walks off.

Batista and John Cena vs. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Manu

Batista and Manu start things off and they lock up. Manu backs Batista into the corner and he gives a clean break. Manu with a knee and punch followed by a head butt. Batista with a back elbow and then he slams Manu’s head into the turnbuckles. Cena tags in and he punches Manu. Cena slams Manu and hits an elbow drop for a near fall. Cody tags in and they lock up with Rhodes applying a side head lock. Rhodes with a shoulder tackle but Cena with a side head lock take down. Rhodes backs Cena into the corner and he kicks Cena. Cena with a kick and fisherman’s suplex for a near fall.

Batista tags in and he hits a leaping shoulder tackle followed by a delayed vertical suplex for a near fall. Batista slams Rhodes’s head into the turnbuckle and then he tags in Cena who punches Rhodes and sends him into the turnbuckles. Cena with a bulldog for a near fall. Batista tags back in and he punches Rhodes and works on the arm and shoulder. Batista with an Irish whip and running clothesline into the corner. Rhodes with an elbow to Batista when he charges into the corner. Rhodes with a double sledge and then Orton tags in.

Batista with a clothesline to Orton followed by an Irish whip and running clothesline. Batista with a snap mare and a running boot to the head. Batista misses a clothesline in the corner and Orton attacks Batista from behind and kicks Batista. Orton with a boot to the solar plexus. We go to commercial.

We are back and Randy Orton chokes Batista in the corner. Rhodes tags in and he kicks Batista. Manu tags in for more kicks and punches. Batista fights out of the corner but he runs into a clothesline from Manu. Orton tags in and he hits the Garvin Stomp. Manu tags in and he kicks Batista. Manu with a head butt to Batista and he follows it with a thrust to the throat for a near fall. Rhodes tags in and he punches Batista. Orton tags in and he kicks Batista in the back and then Orton applies the side head lock but Batista with a belly-to-back suplex to escape the hold.

Cena and Manu tag in. Cena with flying shoulder tackles followed by the Blue Thunder Bomb. Can you see what is coming next? Cena with the Five Knuckle Shuffle and then he gets Manu up for the FU and Rhodes with a drop kick to the back. Rhodes tags in and he punches Cena and gets a near fall. Orton tags back in and he waits for Cena to return to his feet. Orton with a European uppercut followed by kicks. Orton tries to pull Cena out of the ring and then he hits a European uppercut with Cena on the apron. Orton with the hanging DDT using the ropes. Manu tags back in and he kicks Cena followed by a head butt. Manu with an Irish whip and a splash into the corner and a clothesline to the back. Manu with a diving head butt and then Rhodes is tagged back in. Rhodes comes off the turnbuckles and then he punches Cena. Cena misses a charge into the corner and then Rhodes goes up and hits an Asai Moonsault for a near fall. Rhodes with a knee drop and punches. Rhodes with a side Russian leg sweep to Cena and then he hits a Ric Flair knee drop for a near fall. Rhodes with a clothesline. Rhodes misses a knee drop and Batista tags in and clotheslines Rhodes a few times followed by a power slam. Batista with a clothesline to Manu and Orton goes to the floor. Batista with a spinebuster to Rhodes and it is time to shake the ropes and set for the Batista Bomb. Batista gets Rhodes up and Orton sends Manu into Batista. Orton hits the RKO on Batista and then he sends Manu and Rhodes after Cena. The referee calls for the bell before Orton can go for the field goal using Batista’s head.

Winner by DQ: Batista and John Cena

That does not stop Orton from kicking Batista in the head. Cena gets into the ring to protect Batista from any further attack.

We see the Legacy celebrate on the ramp.

Randy Orton’s music hits and out he comes with a microphone in hand. Orton says you would think winning the WrestleMania main event match and being WWE Champion would be impressive, but he’s not nominated for Superstar of the Year. Orton says he is being shown a lack of respect but he’s used to it. He brings up Evolution. Orton says tonight Batista and Triple H are supposed to compete but he has a better idea. Orton says Cody Rhodes, Manu and himself are challenging Batista and Triple H to a 2-on-3 Handicap Match for tonight. Orton says tonight, the legacy is born. His music hits and that’s it.

Batista and Triple H vs. The Legacy (Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Manu)

Back from commercial and Batista comes to the ring first. Out next is his partner, the former WWE Champion Triple H for this 2-on-3 Handicap match. Jim Ross and Tazz join Cole and Lawler for this one. Out next is Randy Orton with his partners Cody Rhodes and Manu.

Triple H and Cody start the match off. Batista comes right in off a tag and goes to work on Cody in the corner with shoulder thrusts. Big shoulder by Batista and a kick to the face. Triple H comes back in and they double team Cody. Manu comes in and gets decked by both Batista and Triple H and thrown over to the floor with Cody. Orton comes from behind on both men but they see him and he ducks to the floor. Back to commercial.

Back from commercial and Orton is stomping on Triple H in the ring. 2 count by Orton and more stomping. Orton drops the knee on Triple H for another 2 count. Headlock on the mat now by Orton. Triple H fights back but Orton drops him over his knee. Manu comes in, nails Triple H and gets a 2 count. Cody comes in and puts another headlock on Triple H, putting the pressure on. Orton comes back in and tags Triple H down to the mat, continuing to wear him down.

Orton comes in but Triple H drops him. Triple H crawls for the tag to Batista but Cody Rhodes comes in and stops him. Rhodes goes for the bulldog but Triple H catches him and sends him flying. Cody tags in Manu as Batista is tagged in. Batista unloads on Manu and sends Cody and Orton to the floor. Spinebuster by Batista on Manu. Batista goes for a Batista Bomb but he throws Manu into Cody Rhodes who was coming off the top rope. Batista continues to work over Manu and Rhodes but doesn’t see Orton is tagged in. Orton goes for a RKO on Batista but Triple H makes the save. Batista goes for the Bomb again but Cody Rhodes nails Batista while he has Orton in the air. Orton catches Batista in the RKO and gets the pinfall and the win.

Batista vs. Dolph Ziggler

Batista comes out first to a huge pop from the hometown crowd. We see his family and daughters at ringside. Out next is Dolph Ziggler, making his RAW ring debut. Dolph enters the ring and takes a mic. Dolph introduces himself. His name… is Dolph Ziggler. The bell rings and Batista looks on, smiling. Dolph extends his hand to Batista. Dolph tells Batista his name again and slaps him. Batista unloads and Dolph fights back. Batista comes after him and he ducks out to the floor. Batista goes to the floor and Dolph hits the ring. They go back and forth until Dolph kicks Batista in the head, knocking him off the apron. Dolph with right hands.

Batista fights back and they go in the ring. Dolph with a nice neckbreaker move for a 2 count. Dolph drops a series of elbows and looks impressive against Batista. Another 2 count by Dolph. Batista catches him with a big boot. Dolph jumps over Batista’s spear and works over Batista in the corner now. Dolph kicks at Batista in the knee and knocks him down. Batista catches Dolph in mid-air and drops him. Batista nails the Batista Bomb and gets the pinfall for the win.

As Batista celebrates, Randy Orton’s music hits. Orton talks about facing Batista. The Animal says he talked to Stephanie today and at Armageddon, it will be them two in a singles match. Orton says he has been waiting on this match for years. Batista’s music hits and he celebrates as Orton looks on. Commercial.

Triple Threat Match for the #1 Contender Spot
Chris Jericho vs. Batista vs. Randy Orton

Back from commercial and the former World Champion Chris Jericho is out first for this match. Out next is Randy Orton to a nice pop followed by Batista. As Orton made his way out, we saw Cody Rhodes and Manu backstage watching on a monitor.

The match starts with Batista fighting both guys off. He puts Jericho back in the corner and goes to work on Orton in the other corner. Batista works Orton over and goes back to Jericho. Shoulder block and a 2 count by Batista on Jericho. Batista goes back to Orton and drops him. Big boot and a 2 count by Batista. Jericho decks Batista and hits him with right hands now. Batista fights back and kicks Orton to the floor. Batista runs the ropes and Orton trips him, taking him to the floor. Jericho dropkicks Batista and battles with Orton in the ring now.

Orton takes Jericho down in the ring and starts to stalk him as Jericho tries to get up. We go back to commercial break.

Back from commercial and Jericho has Batista in the corner and rolls him up for a 2 count. Orton makes the save. During the break, Batista pulled Orton to the floor when he went for the RKO on Jericho. Orton starts to stomp Batista now and gets a 2 count. Orton stomps some more on Batista. Orton pounds on Batista some more now with right hands. Jericho and Orton start stomping on Batista together now. Jericho throws Batista into an Orton clothesline. Orton decks Jericho. Jericho with an enziguri on Orton for a 2 count.

Batista catches Jericho in a tilt-a-whirl slam for a 2 count. Running clothesline by Batista crushes Orton. Powerslam by Batista and another 2 count. Orton catches Jericho in a powerslam for a close 2 count. Batista hits Orton with a big spinebuster. Jericho goes for the Codebreaker but Batista catches him. Jericho counters the Batista Bomb and locks the Walls of Jericho on Batista. Orton breaks the hold with a clothesline on Jericho. Orton with his backbreaker move on Batista. Orton starts to stalk Batista now on the mat.

Orton goes for the punt kick but Batista spears him for a 2 count as Jericho breaks it up. Jericho takes advantage and pins Orton to get the win and go to Armageddon to face John Cena.

Manu vs. Batista

Randy Orton comes out as the bell rings and Manu looks to the entrance. They lock up and Batista with a side head lock followed by a shoulder tackle. Manu with a thrust to the throat followed by forearms and a head butt. Manu with shoulders in the corner. Batista with a kick to Manu and he sets for the Batista Bomb, but Manu counters with a Samoan Drop. Manu with a leg lariat to Batista for a near fall. Manu sends Batista into the ring post. Manu with a snap mare and a nerve hold. Batista gets out of the hold by sending Manu into the turnbuckles. Batista with a running clothesline into the corner. Manu with a splash into the corner and he gets a two count. Manu with a diving head butt for a near fall. Manu charges but he charges into a big boot. We see Orton thinking about the match. Batista with a clothesline and spinebuster. Batista shakes some ropes and then he tries for the Batista Bomb but Manu with a back body drop to get out of the hold. Batista with a spear and then it is time for the Batista Bomb as the third time is the charm and he gets the three count.

Winner: Batista

After the match, Cody gets on the apron and Batista waits for him to enter the ring. Rhodes only teases Batista and returns to the floor.

Batista gets on the mic and he says for three years he has listened to him run his mouth badmouthing him and Evolution. For three years, he has wanted to whip his ass. Sunday, he will finally do it. Batista tells Orton to stop worrying about John Cena and he needs to worry about what Batista is going to do to him at Survivor Series.

30 Man Lumberjack Match
CM Punk vs. Randy Orton

Back from commercial and the RAW and ECW rosters surround the ring. Randy Orton is out first followed by his opponent CM Punk.

They lock up and they go to a stalemate. Punk with a side head lock and double leg sweep. Orton works on the arm but Punk gets out of the hold. Orton with a kick to the midsection and Punk is thrown out of the ring in heeltown and Punk gets back in before the lumberjacks can do anything to him. Punk with a waist lock and Orton with elbows. Orton with a shoulder tackle. Punk with a leg lariat and then Orton goes outside the ring in Faceville and they send him back into the ring. Punk with a series of near falls followed by a spinning back kick and Orton is thrown outside again. Orton hits Noble on the floor and it is time for some of the wrestlers to work over Orton before he returns to the ring. Punk with an Irish whip and Punk with a running shoulder into the corner. Punk with another charge into the corner but Punk misses and he hits the ring post. Mark Henry pulls Punk out of the ring and then returns him to the ring so Orton can get a near fall.

Orton with the Garvin Stomp. Punk punches Orton but Orton with a drop kick for a two count. Orton with a kick to the rib cage followed by a knee drop to the head for a near fall. Orton with a reverse chin lock. Orton with an Irish whip but he charges into a boot. Orton with a power slam for a two count. Orton with a knee drop to the head and then Orton with a reverse chin lock one more time. Punk with elbow but Orton with a forearm. Punk with a swinging neck breaker to Orton and both men are down. Orton with a punch and Punk responds with forearms and a series of kicks and slaps. Punk with a roundhouse kick for a two count.

Punk with a leg lariat and both men are down. Punk with a knee into the corner and he hits the bulldog for a two count. Punk gets Orton up for the Go To Sleep but Orton gets out of the hold and hits a back breaker. Orton sets for the Orton push ups and the RKO but Punk with a drop kick. Orton is sent outside to the floor. Miz and Morrison help Orton get up and Batista punches Orton. Punk with a cross body onto the lumberjacks. Regal distracts Punk and Orton hits the RKO for the three count.

Winner: Randy Orton

After the match, Orton sets for the kick to the head of Punk, but Batista with a spear to Orton. Bradshaw, Kane, Shawn Michaels, and Rey Mysterio get into the ring and then it is pandemonium in the ring and on the floor.
